Remate privacy policy

Remate has no account, no sign-in, no ads, and no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting code. It does not connect to any server. Your match data (the score, the match format and your settings) is stored only on your Apple Watch and never leaves it.

We do not sell, share or transfer any data, because we never receive any. The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

If you allow it, Remate saves each finished match to Apple Health on your watch as a workout, and reads your heart rate and active energy for the duration of that workout so the workout is recorded properly. You choose whether to grant this permission and can change it at any time in the Health settings on your watch or iPhone. The score still works if you decline.

Health data stays in Apple Health on your device (and in your own iCloud, if you use Health sync). Remate never sends it anywhere, never uses it for advertising, and the developer cannot see it.

Match data on the watch is removed when you delete the app. Workouts saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.

This page is on vboldyrev.com. The website, not the app, uses Umami, a cookieless analytics tool we host ourselves, to count visits in aggregate. That is described in the website privacy policy and does not apply to the app.

Remate does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
